Mirprints primarily offers custom-made, made-to-order, and print-on-demand products that are produced based on customer-selected designs, specifications, and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are created exclusively for each customer and cannot be resold or reused.

No Return and No Refund Policy

As our products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed, Mirprints does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed. Customers are advised to carefully review all product details, sizes, designs, text, images, and shipping information before confirming their order.

Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Mirprints cannot be canceled once confirmed. Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances after checkout completion.

Refunds for Product Unavailability

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled due to internal processing issues, Mirprints will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Such refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Customers will be notified in a timely manner if such a situation arises.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to origin, Mirprints will not issue a refund or arrange a reshipment. Any additional costs incurred due to address errors shall be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

Mirprints takes quality seriously and ensures that products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if a product arrives in a damaged condition due to transit-related issues, customers must contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. After review, Mirprints may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Color and Design Variations

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, printing techniques, and materials, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur between the product displayed on the website and the final delivered product. Such variations are normal in print-on-demand products and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Digital Proofing Responsibility

Where applicable, customers are responsible for approving designs, previews, or proofs before final submission. Once approved, Mirprints is not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, color choice, or design selected by the customer.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take several business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Fraudulent or Misuse Claims

Mirprints reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of services, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
