Mirprints currently ships products within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside India will not be processed.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timeline for orders is between four to seven business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to factors such as location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Mirprints offers free shipping on all orders delivered within India. There are no additional shipping or handling charges unless otherwise stated at the time of checkout.

Mirprints uses trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders. Once an order is handed over to the courier service, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the courier partner’s policies and operational conditions.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times before returning an order to origin. Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment at the provided delivery address. Mirprints is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the shipment may be returned to origin. In such cases, Mirprints will not provide a refund or arrange re-shipment, and any loss resulting from incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Mirprints is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or other external circumstances. Delayed delivery does not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Product Unavailability After Order

In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled after placement due to product unavailability or internal issues, Mirprints will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Customers will be notified promptly in such situations.

Damaged Packages During Transit

Mirprints ensures secure packaging for all shipments. However, if a package arrives visibly damaged, customers are advised to document the condition and contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery. Any resolution will be evaluated based on the information provided and courier investigation results.
